The Armed Forces covenant and pledge commitment aligns with our core values and one enhances our ability to serve those who have served or are serving in the armed forces. The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise between the nation and its service personnel, veterans, reservists, and their families ensuring they are treated fairly and with respect. PROPS recognises the unique challenges faced by military families, including mental health issues, substance misuse, and family resilience.
