We offer one-to-one support to everyone seeking help from our services.
This is an opportunity for you to meet with a member of our team and discuss the concerns you have around alcohol and drug use within your family. We will help you to identify what support you feel is right for you.

Caring for someone who uses alcohol or drugs can have a huge impact on your life; emotionally, mentally, and physically. We know how demanding caring can be and actively encourage taking time out.
Taking a break gives you time to look after yourself and stops you becoming exhausted and run down. Taking time for yourself enables you to recharge your batteries, re-energise yourself to approach situations positively and helps you to support your family member effectively.
